HOW DO I CHOOSE CLICK & COLLECT?
On the product page, you can see if your selected item is available for Click & Collect. If all items in your cart are eligible, choose 'Pick up from Mandurah Boutique' in the shipping method section at checkout. Please note that shipping details are required for all orders, including Click & Collect.
HOW DO I BOOK A STAY IN THE BAY PICKUP?
Once your Click & Collect order is confirmed by our store team, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book a 'Stay in the bay' pickup. Select your preferred pickup day and time, and provide information to help us identify your vehicle. A contact telephone number will be provided for you to call when your order is ready for collection email has been received.
You do have the option to come and collect in store too.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
You have two weeks to collect your Click & Collect order from the purchase date. If you can't collect it within this time, please contact our team. Otherwise, the order will be canceled and refunded.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT ON MY BEHALF?
Yes, someone else can collect your order. Forward them your "Ready for Collection" message to show the team in-store.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS READY?
You will receive a message once our team has picked your order and set it aside for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS ARE UNAVAILABLE?
While we strive to have all items in stock, there may occasionally be discrepancies. If an item in your order is unavailable, you will receive a message confirming the available items, and an automatic refund will be processed for the unavailable items.
WHAT HOURS CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Your Click & Collect order will be ready in one business day. Our store opening times are listed below. Please note that store hours may change due to public holidays.
Monday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
