Shipping & Delivery
- Carrier: Australia Post
- Standard shipping: $13.95 Australia-wide
- Dispatch timeframe: Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours (Mon–Fri, business hours)
- Tracking: You’ll receive a dispatch email with your Australia Post tracking number
- Delivery times: Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier
Large and Bulky Items
- Larger items can not be shipped (including car seats and prams)
Stock Levels & Availability
- Our website doesn’t display live stock levels
- Most items are in stock; if an item is out of stock after purchase, we’ll email you promptly with options (wait, exchange, or refund)
- Supplier shortages may cause delays; we’ll keep you updated
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during normal business hours
- Public holidays and peak periods may affect processing and delivery times
Damaged Items in Transit
- We pack carefully, but damage can occasionally occur in transit
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon receipt
- We may ask for a photo or request the item be returned at our expense so we can resolve this quickly
- If a courier delivers your parcel and the outer packaging appears damaged, please do not sign for the goods
Incorrect Items Received
- If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We’ll cover return freight and dispatch the correct item once the incorrect item is on its way back to us
