Shipping & Delivery
  • Carrier: Australia Post
  • Standard shipping: $13.95 Australia-wide
  • Dispatch timeframe: Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours (Mon–Fri, business hours)
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a dispatch email with your Australia Post tracking number
  • Delivery times: Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier
Large and Bulky Items
  • Larger items can not be shipped (including car seats and prams)
Stock Levels & Availability
  • Our website doesn’t display live stock levels
  • Most items are in stock; if an item is out of stock after purchase, we’ll email you promptly with options (wait, exchange, or refund)
  • Supplier shortages may cause delays; we’ll keep you updated
Order Processing
  • Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during normal business hours
  • Public holidays and peak periods may affect processing and delivery times
Damaged Items in Transit
  • We pack carefully, but damage can occasionally occur in transit
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon receipt
  • We may ask for a photo or request the item be returned at our expense so we can resolve this quickly
  • If a courier delivers your parcel and the outer packaging appears damaged, please do not sign for the goods
Incorrect Items Received
  • If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll cover return freight and dispatch the correct item once the incorrect item is on its way back to us
