PERI BOTTLE

The first few days after birth, you underneath can be uncomfortable and tender.

If you want something to help sooth, heal and reduce the risk of infection, then the Peri bottle is just what you need!

Best used in the shower or on the toilet. Simply fill with warm water and anything else you might want to add (e.g. witch hazel which has a soothing effect), gently tip upside down, aim and squeeze. The angled nozzle will shoot heavenly sprays right where you need it, cleaning the perineum (area between your vagina and anus) and treating it with the respect it deserves. Helpful when washing after opening your bowel.

Particularly helpful if you tear or have stitches as this prevents the need to wipe too heavily down there. Also works well for C-section stitches. Simply pat dry after use.
